The Role
We are seeking a Credentialing & Growth Specialist who will take ownership of the credentialing lifecycle — from therapist enrollment to compliance — and play a critical role in scaling operations. This isn’t a back-office billing role. It’s a high-impact career track where you’ll work with our developer to build efficient systems, streamline workflows, and eventually set up and lead the credentialing department.
Responsibilities
Enroll, credential, and re-credential licensed therapists with insurance networks
Maintain accurate credentialing records and compliance documentation
Support seamless onboarding of new clinicians
Design and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Bring a growth-hacking mindset — always improving, always scaling
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in credentialing or related healthcare operations
Excellent English (American or neutral accent required)
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Prior healthcare, insurance, or billing knowledge is a plus (but not the focus)
Strong leadership potential with the ability to think “0 → 1”
