About the role
Support U.S. land acquisition projects by speaking directly with property owners. This is an unscripted, customer-focused role for someone who can build trust, qualify interest and identify real opportunities. The team is buying land, not selling it.

What you’ll do

• Call U.S. property owners and lead natural conversations.

• Qualify owners’ interest in selling.

• Research and organize owner information and lead lists.

• Identify promising opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Provide a professional, customer-focused experience.

What you’ll need

• Strong spoken English with a neutral or North American accent.

• Confidence leading conversations without a script.

• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented work habits.

• Previous U.S. real estate calling or acquisitions experience is a strong plus.
