U.S. Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Manager
Lead therapist credentialing and re-credentialing, Medicaid and payer enrollment, practice enrollment across new U.S. states, and clinician onboarding for a U.S.-based mental health company. This role requires hands-on U.S. provider enrollment experience, strong client-facing communication, and a neutral or near-native American accent. This is not a medical billing role.
Salary: PKR 180,000–250,000+ per month; flexible for exceptional experience.
Clinical Documentation & Compliance Specialist
Full-Time · In-Office · Soan Gardens, Islamabad · U.S. EST Night Shift
Description: Review clinical notes, assessments and treatment plans; identify documentation and compliance risks; research payer requirements; and work with U.S. therapists to resolve issues. A medical or clinical background, excellent written and spoken communication, and strong attention to detail are required.
Salary: PKR 200,000+ per month.
Full-Time Caller & Lead Generator (Deep Prospector)
Full-Time · On-Site Preferred, Soan Gardens, Islamabad · U.S. Hours / Night Shift
Description: Speak directly with U.S. property owners for land acquisition projects. Lead natural, unscripted conversations, qualify interest, research owner information, and maintain accurate CRM records. Strong spoken English, confidence without scripts, and consistent performance are essential. U.S. real estate calling experience is a plus.
Salary: Starting above PKR 100,000 per month, based on experience.
Full-Time · On-Site · Islamabad · U.S. Hours / Night Shift
Description: Build and maintain secure, scalable web applications for a U.S. mental health technology platform. Work across frontend and backend development with React, Node.js and MongoDB, while contributing to APIs, testing, performance and code quality. Applicants should have 5+ years of full stack development experience and strong professional English communication.
Salary: PKR 400,000–425,000 per month, subject to a minimum of 160 hours worked per month.
