PKR 180,000–250,000+ per month; flexible for exceptional experience.

About the role
Join the core operations team supporting a growing U.S.-based mental health company. You will own therapist credentialing, provider enrollment and related processes as the company expands into new U.S. states.

What you’ll do

• Manage therapist credentialing and re-credentialing.

• Handle Medicaid and payer enrollment.

• Coordinate practice and company enrollment in new U.S. states.

• Support therapist onboarding and follow through on credentialing requirements.

• Communicate directly with U.S. clinicians and partners.

What you’ll need

• Hands-on U.S. credentialing or provider enrollment experience.

• Strong Medicaid and payer enrollment knowledge.

• Confident, professional client-facing communication.

• A neutral or near-native American accent.
